Seed 4 • Champions via the long path
3–2 series • 39–30 mapsSpecial Tactics wrote the Season 11 story. Seeded fourth after a one-map losers-bracket Ace, they beat ASH in elimination, edged POG on a
SirMalagant Ace, then blanked PTB 14–4 in the Grand Finals.
DarkMenace #3 · G1 finally got a full sample and owned the big moments.
HyperTurtle,
Reevou,
sOs, and
Cubano turned “dangerous small sample” into a title roster.
Legacy: From the losers bracket to champions — the deepest ladder run the format can produce.

Seed 1 • Group kings, Finals short night
2–1 series • 25–27 mapsPulledTheBoys looked like four-peat favorites: 2–0 through the winners bracket, Seed 1, and a Finals bye. Group depth from
LittleReaper,
ChienPwn, and
Neutrophil was real.
The Finals were a shock.
Cubano and
DarkMenace took bites out of
Neutrophil,
sOs swept
Darkblade, and
HyperTurtle closed on
MvonLipwig.
Frame: A historically strong group stage does not guarantee a Finals night. PTB still set the regular-bracket standard.
2–2 series • 27–30 mapsPSIOP Gaming lived on the Ace — Week 4 and Week 5 both needed closers (
BeanTheBard,
Crankytoaster). That grit earned Seed 2.
In the Finals berth match,
MedicJR #2 · G1 went nuclear with sweeps of
DarkMenace and
Cubano, but
SirMalagant answered the Ace against
Jmpz and ST moved on.
PSIOP’s season is the template for “record understates competitiveness.”

Seed 3 • Star power, early exit
1–3 series • 25–29 mapsAngry Space Hares owned Opening Week 1 and boasted the season’s loudest individual lines in
SunnyD and
Chat-Omic #1 · G1. The problem was conversion later.
After seeding and elimination losses to POG and ST, the Hares’ year ended one map short in Week 6 —
FRost nearly stole it before
DarkMenace closed the Ace.
Top-end talent was never the question; converting elimination nights was.
